What is an Ebook?
An "ebook" or "electronic book" is a document which you can read from your PC or print.
Ebooks are PDF files, which can be read by Acrobat Reader. 
PDF files allow you to combine graphics and text in a manner that is easy to read and print. 

How Do I Read an Ebook?
There are many software packages that allow you to read PDF files.
Most of them are free!
The most common software used for reading PDF files is Adobe Acrobat Reader.
You can get free software from Adobe.com to read a PDF file.

How do I buy your eBook?
To buy the Holiday Crafts for Kids eBook from Amazingmom.com,

You will be directed to our order page handled by PayPal - 
which is a secure purchasing service.

How do I download and read my eBook?
After you order, you will be sent to a web page where your ebook 
will be made available to you instantly for download or printing.
Complete instructions are available on the download page. 

How do I open the book after I download it?
All you have to do is go to the location on your computer 
where you saved the file. Double click on the .pdf file that you just 
downloaded. The book files will open up in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

What if I delete or lose my eBook file?
We understand that issues arise when dealing with 
computers and files can be lost. If this is a concern for you,
we recommend that you print your craft book or burn it on to a CD.
In the case where that is not possible -- 
contact AmazingMoms. We will confirm that your order has been 
processed and send you to the secure page where you can access 
your book again.

Do you have a hardcopy version of the book available?
Not at this time. We chose to create an eBook so that this wonderful collection of crafts could be available for half the cost of a bound hardcopy cook. 
Most books of this caliber sell for $14.00 or greater. We wanted to keep 
our price down so that more parents, teachers, grandparents and kids 
could have fun creating!
