Hanukkah Craft Ideas for Kids -Craft Spoon Menorah

A Hanukkah craft kids of all ages can make and use during the eight day
celebration of Hanukkah. this is a super craft for a classroom!
This craft was submitted by Shelli M., a kindergarten teacher
from Portland Oregon.

You'll Need
Wooden craft spoons
Acrylic paint
Paint Brush
Craft knife
12 plastic cups



Step 1. Paint flames on nine wooden spoons with
yellow and orange acrylic paint ( front and back)
It will take just a few minutes of drying time before
handling. Children can do the next step while waiting.
Step 2. Cut a 3/4 inch slit on the bottom of nine cups.
Step 3. Cut the bottoms from the remaining three cups
and stack them for the center candle.
Step 3. When it's time, your child can safely light their
menorah by inserting the flame into the cup.
One for each night of Hanukkah.
